Sad when polnish coal miner, who just lost their jobs, are understanding the needs for change more, than the politics and economics. How was it again? The ones, who are not enough educated, don't understand complex situations like this one? Only well educated people understand that? I thought business people and politics are highly educated (though not always intelligent) and coal miners as well as polish people have the reputation to only have a basic or limited education. Strange, that exactly some of these low educated people are understanding the need for urgent change better, than the maybe highly educated people. Probably to much education is destroying the healthy conscience for what is right and what is wrong. One of THE things people are naming, when it comes to differences between animals and us. I doubt it anyway. I even realized as a child, that Humans can't be that inteligent when they are wasting time and resoruces, killing each other, destroying each others houses and their very basis for life. It's known since decades, that the climate is changing because of the way, humans are living. There would have been decades to make huge changes. Greenpeace had already in around 2005 a plan, how to cover the whole electricity in Germany through solar energy. Today this technologie developed, so it should be even better to turn into reality. But people always saying, that it't unrealistic, that it won't work...Without trying. Because, they say, it's nonsense, because organisations like Greenpeaceare naiv.
I think I remember more than just one very important scientist in history, who was called crazy from the people around him/her. Some of the results of their research, are still getting proved the first time since the original scientists discovered connections, organs, tasks of organs, rules of specific things in the World. Now it seems like the adults, who have the power, are laughing about the young people, but we shouldn't care, cuz in the end, they will be anyway all dead soon enough, so that they have no need, to be concerned about the future.
An impressive speech of Greta Thunberg
